Wiggins Christmas Tree Farm has Douglas Firs, one of the most popular Christmas tree varieties. These trees have strong, sturdy branches with short, soft, and light green needles. Their fresh and slightly sweet scent will fill your home and spark holiday cheer.

Get your tickets for the Christmas tree farm train event early so you don't miss out on this year's cut-your-own tree train ride. Residents of Delaware County, Montgomery County, Chester County, and New Castle County can take the Christmas tree-cutting train from West Chester, PA.

The train ends at the West Chester Christmas Tree Farm, which features various Douglas Firs shapes and sizes. Wiggins Cochranville Christmas Tree Farm also has Douglas Firs. These trees range in size from two feet to ten feet tall. All trees are $80. Wiggins provides saws, carts, and a bailing service. Our cut-your-own-tree fields are open Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

If you prefer not to cut your tree, Wiggins also has pre-cut trees at our lot in West Chester. Our pre-cut trees range from four to twelve feet and feature Douglas and Fraser Firs. The lot is open all week long. Hours are 10:30 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on weekends.

The Ultimate Christmas Tree Train Experience

There's nothing better to get you into the holiday spirit than a family Christmas train ride to a tree farm where you can explore the Christmas tree fields to find the perfect tree to take home and decorate. Wiggins Christmas Trees partners with the West Chester Railroad to offer an exciting Christmas train ride on select days in November and December.

The Christmas tree train experience lasts for about two hours. The journey is around 30 minutes, and you'll have plenty of time to pick and cut a tree at the tree farm. Passengers can purchase hot chocolate, coffee, and donuts on the train ride.

Part of the Christmas Tree Farm train event includes a service to bail, tag, and load your Christmas tree onto the train for you. The trees are then offloaded once you arrive back in West Chester and ready for you to take home and decorate.

The train to the Wiggins West Chester Tree Farm runs at 8:00 a.m. and departs from the Market Street station in West Chester. Tickets are $30 for adults and $20 for children ages 2 to 12. Toddlers under two ride for free. Seating on the Railroad Christmas tree train is limited, so get your tickets before they sell out!
